Wir tätowieren nur Personen ab dem vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr.
Termine werden nur mit Anzahlung vergeben, deren Höhe entsprechend des Wertes der Tätowierung gestaffelt ist, jedoch mind. 80,00 € beträgt. Diese wird später mit dem Tattoopreis verrechnet.
Bei Nichterscheinen oder nicht fristgerechter Absage (mindestens 48 Stunden vor dem festgesetzten Termin) wird die Anzahlung einbehalten, da der Termin dann nicht mehr beglegt werden kann.
Für individuelle Entwürfe wird Schutzgebühr von 50,00 Euro bis 150,00 Euro (je nach Motiv) erhoben. Dieser Betrag wird später mit dem Tattoo-Preis verrechnet.
Werden mehr als zwei Korrekturen am Motiv vom Kunden gewünscht, ist mit einem Aufpreis zu rechnen, der individuell nach Aufwand erhoben wird.
Terminvereinbarungen können nur persönlich und im Studio direkt getroffen werden. Bei fehlender Anzahlung besteht kein Anspruch auf einen Termin.
Bei Nichterscheinen des Kunden behalten wir uns vor, ggf. keine weiteren Termine zu vergeben.
Bevor mit der Tätowierung begonnen wird, ist eine Einverständniserklärung (dafür ist die Vorlage eines gültigen Ausweisdokumentes nötig) mit Anamnese wahrheitsgemäß auszufüllen. Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, uns über mögliche Allergien, Medikamenteneinnahme oder Krankheiten zu informieren.
Die Kosten für das zu zahlende Tattoo sind am Termin in bar und voll zu begleichen. Eine Ratenzahlung ist nicht möglich. Bei mehreren gepalnten Sitzungen, kann der tatsächliche Preis pro Sitzung gezahlt werden.
Im Preis für das gestochene Motiv ist das Nachstechen innerhalb von sechs Monaten inklusive; danach ist das Nachstechen zu bezahlen. Nachbesserungen sind erst nach vollständigem Abheilen möglich (ausgenommen Cover-Ups). Bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung der Tätowierung entfällt die Kulanz und das Nachstechen ist kostenpflichtig. Die erhaltenen Pflegehinweise sind dazu zu beachten.
Das Tattoo kann von der Vorlage leicht abweichen, dies gilt besonders für Cover- Ups.
Bei Schwangerschaft, der Einnahme von blutverdünnenden Medikamenten, Alkoholeinfluss oder Drogenmissbrauch wird nicht tätowiert!!!
Wir behalten uns vor, Aufträge unbegründet abzulehnen.
Die ausführenden Tätowierer arbeiten auf selbstständiger Basis und selbstverantwortlich.
Der Kunde verzichtet bei auftretenden Komplikationen auf Schadensersatzansprüche oder Erstattung anderer evtl. anfallender Kosten. Er erklärt sich einverstanden, keine Kostenansprüche gegen Cribu’s Tattoo Circus, Gasttätowierer oder Liferanten geltend zu machen.
Der Kunde erklärt sich bei Vertragsabschluss – sprich dem Unterzeichnen der Einverständniserklärung- mit den AGB’s einverstanden.

We only tattoo people who are of legal age (at least 18 years old).
Appointments are only given with a deposit, the amount of which is graduated according to the value of the tattoo, but is at least 80.00 €. This will later be substracted from the total amount.
In case of non-appearance or cancellation within the specified time (at least 48 hours before the specified appointment) the deposit will be retained, as the appointment can then no longer be booked by another individual.

If more than two corrections to the motif are requested by the customer, an additional charge is to be expected, which will be charged individually according to the time and effort spent on it.
Appointments can only be made personally and directly in the parlor / studio. In the absence of a deposit there is no claim to an appointment.
If the customer does not appear, we reserve the right not to fix any further appointments with them.
Before starting the tattooing, a declaration of consent (for this purpose a valid identification document is necessary) with anamnesis has to be filled out truthfully. The customer is obliged to inform us about possible or existing allergies, medication or diseases.
The costs for the tattoo are to be paid in cash and in full directly after the appointment. Payment by instalments is not possible. In case of several sessions, the actual price per session can be paid.
The price for the tattoo includes the re-touch / touch up within six months; after that the re-touch has to be paid for. Touch ups are only possible after complete healing (except cover-ups). If the tattoo is treated improperly, the goodwill is omitted and the touch up has to be paid for. The received aftercare instructions are to be followed.
The tattoo can deviate slightly from the original, this applies especially to cover-ups.
In case of pregnancy, the use of blood-thinning medication, alcohol influence or drug abuse we will not tattoo you!
We reserve the right to refuse commissions or customers without reason.
The tattoo artists work on an independent basis and on their own responsibility.
The customer waives claims for damages or reimbursement of other possibly arising costs in case of complications. He agrees not to make any cost claims against Cribu’s Tattoo Circus, guest tattoo artists or suppliers.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions at the conclusion of the contract – that is, the signing of the declaration of consent.
